RETURN & REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING INFO
1. Payment due before design begins
2. Send me your inpiration images, business/event name/info & and other requirements
3. I create 2-3 drafts for you choose from. If you do not like any of these, I will design one more.
4. Once you have chosen your favorite, you have 3 major changes and 6 minor changes. Any additional changes will be charged at an hourly rate.
5. You will recieve proof copies of your design along the way.
6. I will send the final files to your email after approval. Final files will include the Design File and Mockup Images. Any printing/shipping will be handled separately.
